Today’s theme is 3 colors. However, I got greedy and decided to use 4.

Recently, Julep brought back the add-on feature to their monthly Maven program. So, they had the perfect set that I could use to design 4th of July nails.

It’s called the All-American set. The price was $19.99, and I used my Julep points to purchase, so it was free based on my loyalty/addictive tendencies.

The colors are Fireworks, Jackie, Bunny, and Ally.
I started my manicure applying the 3 main colors to different fingers.

Then, I started painting a flag on the pinky.
Stripes first.

Then the blue background for stars.

Then, on the middle finger and thumb, I used white striping paint to draw fireworks.

For the pointer finger, I applied glitter stars one by one with an orange stick.

On the ring finger, I applied fireworks glitter top coat over the white polish.

Lastly, I added rhinestones to the centers of the fireworks, and glitter stars to my pinky flag. I added a top coat of Seche Vite to all nails, and 2 layers to the nails with the stars to make sure they didn’t raise up/fall off. Here is the completed look!

Jackie, the cherry red color, has a creamy consistency.

Bunny is white with a very fine gold shimmer. The gold is hardly noticeable, but the shimmer is slightly apparent when you apply it.

Ally is a frosty blue that applies thick and creamy. You can actually get away with only 1 coat.

Fireworks is a multidimensional glitter with 3 different sized pieces of glitter in red, blue, and silver.

Happy 4th of July!
